In case of medium and larger piers (7-8 modules) and it can be used on both, still and drifting water as well. Its structure is rigid and does not require care.
However, its weight is significant and depending the utilisation type of the system, we use to deliver with railing or without.

Railing: none, left or wright side, two-sided
Weight: 150kg (with two-sided railing)
Fixing: hinged to a fixed steel I beam or with an other method like wheels usage on the shore side and hinged as well to the edge of the pier.
